RETURN POLICY:

RETURNS: 

Oh Sweet Pea does NOT offer exchanges at this time. However, we are more than happy to return your item(s).

*The item(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed. If they are received and show signs of wear, Oh Sweet Pea, at their discretion, will offer a partial refund, charge a restocking fee or return to sender.

*You must email at ohsweetpeaclothing@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your product to issue a return number. Please include this number in your return package. 

*The item(s) must be shipped within 3 days of receiving the return verification and shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

*Oh Sweet Pea can refuse a return, if the product was not shipped in the time frame given.

*Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment and you will be notified once the return is accepted and a refund is issued. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Items are inspected before shipping takes place, but mishaps happen. We will gladly exchange a defective item or a wrong item shipped and sincerely apologize if this happens.

*You must email ohsweetpeaclothing@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product placing the order number and a description of the mishap. We will send you an email promptly with instructions.

*Package must be shipped within 5 days of receiving.

NON-RETURNABLE:

*HOLIDAY, clearance items and customized items are non-returnable. If your items are part of a SITEWIDE SALE they are non-returnable. 

STOLEN/LOST ITEMS:

*Oh Sweet Pea is not responsible for stolen or lost items after scanned by carrier and delivered.
